We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead cross-functional project coordination, reporting, and process optimization. This role is key in driving operational efficiency across marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure efficient communication.
- Outline key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from business results.
- Manage NPS surveys and facilitation to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive end-to-end process improvements.
- Support other division and department leads in project management needs.
This position is remote and requires a work-from-home setup.
Requirements- High sense of urgency/responsiveness.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Establish trust with internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter and coach in learning processes and systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead team meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
