Job Title: Print Production Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Print Production Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing print orders, coordinating with clients, and overseeing the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage print orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring that all prints meet the required standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and QuickBooks for order processing and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and organize data related to print orders and customer information.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the print industry, particularly short-run printing.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with various art programs for print file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a comfort working with numbers.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of printing equipment and processes is a plus.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
