Guest Experience Lead

We're seeking a seasoned guest experience leader to oversee our remote team of specialists. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery during each shift, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of 3-10 guest experience specialists to achieve service excellence
  • Drive performance metrics, including productivity, efficiency, and quality, aligned with our OKRs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, and email, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, policy adherence, and new technology implementation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
