
Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service leader to spearhead our support teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results and elevating team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service agents to achieve exceptional results and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Capturing Performance Growth Opportunities: Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide personalized guidance to help team members improve their skills and advance in their careers.
- Evaluation and Recommendations: Evaluate team performance and recommend opportunities for growth and development.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce settings.
- Strong background in managing customer service teams, with expertise in Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon platforms.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
