  • Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing information about our services, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Updating and maintaining customer account information in our systems
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of customer shipments
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and suggesting process improvements

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the freight/cargo forwarding industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with freight and logistics terminology and processes
  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
