Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and fast-learning talent acquisition specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, building and managing talent pipelines for current and future roles, sending outreach messages, and tracking sourcing efforts in an ATS or CRM system.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Sending personalized outreach messages to potential candidates
  • Tracking sourcing efforts in an applicant tracking system (ATS) or customer relationship management (CRM)

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Able to identify and engage passive talent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
