We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be working with Connext's Talent Acquisition team specifically for Technical and Corporate roles.

What is the job?

The Technical and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for both technical and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:


• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and update job descriptions

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach

• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring stages

• Maintain ATS records and manage candidate communications

• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and support employer branding

Qualifications:


• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in end to end or full-cycle recruitment, with experience in both technical and non-technical domains.

• At least three (3) years of experience using HRIS tools.

• Must have experience creating sourcing strategies, using recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work on site and on flexible schedule.
