JOB TITLE: Jr. Recruitment (Talent) Specialist

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a Jr. Recruitment Specialist to join our Executive Search Team and help fulfill niche roles in the IT, Banking/Fintech, BPO and other sectors.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial interview and selection procedures.  To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop both long term and short-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our client's current and future hiring needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs


• Determine selection criteria


• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)


• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews


• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.


• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements


• Help in employer branding initiatives


• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a Professional Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role preferably in a Staffing/Headhunting Industry

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Linkedin, Stack Overflow and Github)

Skilled in Boolean Search/search strings

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Proactive, highly trainable, flexible, keen into details, goal oriented, and can handle work under pressure & uncertain situations very well
