We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 5-month project-based engagement, with the possibility of absorption based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on sourcing candidates through online platforms, databases, and field recruitment
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and urgent hiring requirements
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews as needed
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes when required (from sourcing to onboarding)
  • Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Preferably with experience in bulk or volume hiring (but open to motivated fresh graduates/novices)
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requisitions at once

This role is an excellent opportunity to sharpen sourcing expertise and gain well-rounded recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
