The Billing and Project Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting project management operations. This position is essential for the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Consolidate Client Invoices: Gather and consolidate all required information for client invoice generation, including employee salaries, benefits, and reimbursable costs.
  • Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of billable items, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Billing Discrepancies: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Finance Team to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the invoicing process.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, is also required.

This is an entry-level position that requires a 4-year course graduate. Experience in billing and accounts receivable is preferred but not required. The candidate must be willing to work in US business hours and report on site.
