About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Cost Invoicing Analyst to join our Global Finance Services team in Manila. This role supports Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations across APAC and Europe, focusing on invoice processing, payments, billing, reconciliations, and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations (AP)
  • Handle billing, collections, and incoming payments (AR)
  • Monitor outstanding balances and resolve vendor/customer inquiries
  • Support month-end closing, reporting, and analysis
  • Prepare dashboards, reconciliations, and audit-compliant reports
  • Collaborate with regional teams and external vendors

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Background in AP/AR; SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
