Job Title: HR Shared Services Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Shared Services Specialist. This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in HR shared services, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process HR transactions efficiently and effectively, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, employee data updates, benefits enrollment, leave management and payroll inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR Information Systems to manage inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR functions, IT and external vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR shared services.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (SAP, Oracle, ADP) and case management software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
