Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling their requests, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
  • Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
  • Monitor project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
  • Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
  • Support business growth through light outreach, with potential opportunities to grow into sales roles.
Collaboration and Teamwork

You will work closely with a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service. Your interactions will be with leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure seamless operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
