Job Overview

This role involves serving as the key clinical operations liaison for clients in assigned regions, ensuring high-quality delivery of clinical services through onsite and virtual channels. Key responsibilities include case management, service quality maintenance, and oversight of regional clinicians.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Management & Reporting (30%)
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.
  • Own monthly clinical reports, providing insights for improvements.
  • Track performance metrics and address gaps or risks proactively.
  • Lead client-facing meetings, facilitate escalations, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Support special projects by offering solutions.
Clinical Service Oversight (30%)
  • Ensure clinician rosters are filled and services delivered on time.
  • Manage transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk cases.
  • Monitor quality benchmarks for delivery operations and clinical teams.
  • Develop and localise standard operating procedures for country-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate teams to refine workflows and client experiences.
Clinician Management & Quality (30%)
  • Oversee onsite or regional clinicians, focusing on performance development.
  • Monitor session quality, flagging performance issues and providing feedback.
  • Conduct orientation and operational onboarding for new clinicians.
  • Align clinicians with internal policies and SOPs.
  • Provide clinical supervision in group and individual settings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects (10%)
  • Collaborate with teams on service experience improvements and workflow optimisation.
  • Contribute to program planning, pilot rollout, and clinical enhancement projects.
  • Engage in cross-country best practice exchange and maintain regional alignment.
Required Skills
  • Masters Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
  • Professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
  • At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
  • Experience managing clinicians, preferably in B2B, hospital, or EAP settings.
  • Ability to balance quality and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in report creation, trend analysis, and actionable insight translation.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, tech, and product teams.
