We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role
The Client Operations Specialist will provide essential support to our Client Success Managers to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects. You will help bridge the gap between client expectations and internal delivery by maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization.
- Work closely with onshore Client Success Managers to maintain project workflows and translate briefs into actionable tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams to ensure clear communication and timely progress updates.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong organizational and documentation skills, proficiency in project management tools, and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects in project management tools such as Wrike, Teamwork or similar tools.
- Setting up and managing tasks, allocating work to team members, and keeping task lists organized and updated.
- Driving sprint execution by using sprint planning to organize upcoming work, monitoring burn down rates and task progression, and adjusting workloads and priorities to meet sprint goals.
- Translating technical briefs from Client Success Managers or clients into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
- Tracking tasks and documentation, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date, flagging issues or delays proactively, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike, Teamwork or similar tools.
- Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts.
- Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs.
- Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Committed to meeting deadlines and adhering to service-level agreements.
