Job Overview

We are seeking an emotionally intelligent and highly organized HR professional to support both administrative tasks and people operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Clinical Admin and People Operations (approximately 50% of role)
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff when they have questions about schedules, time off, or pay.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly).
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering of office and medical supplies for each location.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to the team for assistance.
Business and Sales Support (approximately 30% of role)
  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
General Admin Support (approximately 20% of role)
  • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Respond to routine internal or external questions.
  • Help document and maintain internal SOPs.
  • Be accessible via phone, email, and text during business hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Must have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
