Job Title: HR Generalist

About the role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  3. Benefits Administration: Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  4. HRIS: Maintain accurate records and reports using our HR Information System (HRIS).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
