Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to deliver an empathic and service-focused experience for everyone.
  • Provide support to questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Employee Experience
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and correspondence.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
Employee Relations
  • Triage tickets and ensure a 24 hour response time across tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
