
Human Resources Generalist

Our organization seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Manager in various day-to-day tasks, including payroll administration, HR systems management, internal communications, and compliance reporting.
About The PositionThe ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with HR platforms, be able to handle payroll data, timecard issues, and compliance reports with accuracy, and serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries when the HR Manager is unavailable.
The selected individual will help maintain the organization's efficiency by assisting with weekly/monthly payroll processing, maintaining HR documents, and responding to employee inquiries via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations & Administration:
- Enter, verify, and troubleshoot timekeeping data in Paylocity,
- Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing,
- Maintain HR documents and compliance reports.
- Employee Support:
- Respond to HR inquiries via Slack and email,
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Recruitment & Communications:
- Draft job descriptions and manage postings on popular job boards,
- Publish internal HR newsletters and updates.
- Performance & Planning:
- Monitor performance review timelines,
- Support leadership events and HR planning initiatives.

Requirements- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of online timekeeping platforms,
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks,
- Friendly, resourceful communicator who knows when to escalate issues,
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks, shifting priorities, and managing a to-do list style workflow.
