Clinical Outreach Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Outreach Manager to lead our site outreach campaigns and develop targeted strategies for identifying key healthcare professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our clinical research efforts.

  • Develop and implement effective outreach campaigns to engage healthcare professionals and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation, utilizing tools such as ChatGPT and Google Search.
  • Research and filter doctors using U.S. standard of care research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits.
  • Build targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic to ensure precision and quality in our outreach efforts.
  • Create SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach and improve efficiency.
  • Write and iterate outreach emails that drive replies and engagement from healthcare professionals.
  • Manage and coach a support team, including assigning work, checking quality, and coaching improvement.
  • Run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools and track outreach performance in Airtable or CRM.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to design and execute your own outreach campaigns, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.
  • Strong understanding of how doctors actually work, including how specialties function and how referrals happen.
  • Ability to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients and filter them effectively.
  • Systems-driven approach to building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write persuasive outreach copy.
  • Comfortable using Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and Google Sheets or lightweight CRMs.
