About this Opportunity

This role focuses on developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation.

  • Design and implement doctor outreach campaigns to activate clinical trial sites.
  • Research and filter doctors using various tools, including ChatGPT and Google Search.
  • Apply clinical judgment and research the U.S. standard of care to identify suitable specialists and exclude poor fits.
  • Create targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic.
  • Ensure quality control of lists before launch, verifying accuracy and specialty match.
  • Develop SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach.
  • Compose effective outreach emails that drive responses, utilizing ChatGPT or original writing.
  • Manage outreach coordinators, assigning tasks, reviewing quality, and providing coaching for improvement.
  • Operate email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools.
  • Triage responses and hand off qualified leads to the project manager or medical director for further qualification.
  • Analyze outreach performance in Airtable or CRM systems.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.
  • You possess knowledge about how doctors function, including specialties, referrals, and the U.S. healthcare system.
  • You can reverse-engineer who sees the right patients and filter them effectively.
  • You are a systems-driven professional who builds workflows, playbooks, and logic trees.
  • You have experience managing junior staff, such as coordinators, VAs, and SDRs, and get the best out of them.
  • You excel at written communication and can craft persuasive outreach copy.
  • You are proficient in using Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and Google Sheets or lightweight CRMs.
  • You identify failure patterns early and address them proactively.
