We are seeking an Assistant Client Support professional to join our team.
This role involves managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients. As an experienced support specialist, you will work closely with the Head Client Manager to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client issues through shadowing for 1-2 months.
- Gain proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently after training.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clear, professional communication.
- Assist the Head Client Manager in managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.

- Maintain high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
- Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
- Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Team player who asks questions for clarity.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
