Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. As an essential part of our operations, you will be responsible for gathering and processing client information, which will enable us to provide top-notch services.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, gathering relevant details about clients' potential claims, entering data into our case management system, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Answering incoming calls to gather relevant information regarding the client's potential claim.
  • Gathering details about Plaintiff information, Attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine the veracity of potential claims.
  • Entering all details and information into the case management system and creating leads. Assigning all leads created to the Account Executives.
  • Providing exceptional caller experiences to clients.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Management
  • Meeting the typing requirement of 40 WPM.
  • Exhibiting strong time management.
  • Displaying adaptability and accountability.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.

Qualifications include having a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment and being able to start immediately.

Required qualifications also include possessing strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.

Home office requirements include a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid, computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or better, noise-cancelling headset, backup internet connection, power outage backup, and dual monitor.
