Client Services Representative

A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for addressing client inquiries and concerns, understanding client needs by listening and interviewing, and coordinating information among clients, family members, medical personnel, and administrative staff.
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and direct clients according to procedure and departmental standards.
- Assist clients with their queries and concerns.
- Collect clients' outstanding balances.
- Assist third-party entities with questions regarding clients' accounts.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to resolve issues.
- Ensure HIPAA guidelines are respected by safeguarding protected health information.
- Preferably College Graduate or at least 2 years in college.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of technology.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
