Job Description

This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through lead generation and appointment setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to prospect and qualify leads, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that only high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for future sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies, using email marketing and other communication tools to keep leads engaged and interested in the company's offerings.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximum conversion rates.
  • Analyze lead generation performance, tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunity for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
