Lead Generation Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our sales outreach efforts. This key role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce and promote our products/services
  • Generate new leads and gather information on potential clients' needs and interests
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team to discuss qualified leads
  • Update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls
  • Follow a structured script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
  • Effectively handle objections and rejections in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
