Lead Generation Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support our sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry. They will also have experience using AI tools and databases such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Clay to find target prospects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use AI tools and databases to find target prospects
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance (GDPR/Can-SPAM)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry
  • Experience using AI tools and databases such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Clay
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail)
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects
