Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the company's franchise growth efforts. This position involves executing a large volume of outbound calls to warm leads, engaging with prospective franchisees, and qualifying their interest in the company's process.

This role requires native-level English proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage both structured call outreach and dynamic day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients.

The successful Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Supporting additional day-to-day activities as needed, including lead engagement, appointment scheduling, calendar management, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating closely with leadership and delivery managers to ensure alignment with franchise development goals

Key responsibilities include executing a high-volume call program, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in lead generation or business development.
