We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth SKU enrollment in retailer portals, tracking timelines, and coordinating preparations for new account launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sku Enrollment: Assist with sku enrollment of both existing and new product developments in retailer portals
  • Timeline Tracking: Track timelines and coordinate preparations for new account launches
  • Rental Charges: Monitor and record rental charges for retail activations and account space
  • Promo Enrollment: Handle promo enrollment and maintain promo tracking sheets for all accounts
  • Promotion Execution: Help monitor execution of promotions, including collection of sell-out reports and photos from stores
Marketing Admin Tasks
  • Reimbursement Requests: Process reimbursement requests for marketing expenses
  • Supplier Coordination: Support sourcing and coordination with suppliers for marketing requirements
Project and Data Management
  • Master Files: Update and maintain master files (skus, promos, pricing, etc.)
  • Project Trackers: Monitor project trackers to ensure deadlines are met for launches and campaigns
  • Pr Kit Preparation: Assist in packing and sending pr kits for media and kol partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or retail coordination
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Data Tracking: Proficient in ms excel, google sheets, and basic data tracking
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Retail Background: Preferably with retail or fmcg background
