Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide operational support for the Securities Lending Trading desk, ensuring seamless settlement and client satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with counterparties and agent banks to ensure timely settlement of Securities Lending trades.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring client sales, maintaining adequate inventory for settlement, and assisting in recalling or swapping positions for proxy events, buffer management, MSCI rebalance, and client transitions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Trade Support Specialist will also manage asset transitions for APAC clients due to client requests and cover incremental requests for client re-structures in the APAC time zone.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and maintain integrity in the marketplace by protecting clients' and the bank's interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Securities Lending, Settlements, Trade Support/Middle Office, Custody, or Corporate Actions role.
  • Good knowledge of Global Financial Markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Able to work in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Tableau, and Alteryx Suite.
