Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.


• Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to optimize product visibility and availability.
  • Monitor and analyze trade and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of trade materials (e.g., display stands, posters, testers).


• Track and report on trade marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.


• Support new product launches through channel-specific strategies and activations.


• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.


• Conduct regular trade visits to assess execution and competitor activities.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (FMCG or retail experience preferred).


• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office


• Willingness to travel for store checks and field activities
