Job Title: Trade Lifecycle Manager II, Asia Settlements

About the Role

The role of Trade Lifecycle Manager II within the Asia Settlements team is a key position that requires strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, securities operations, and regulatory methodologies.

This position involves playing a crucial part in assimilating information, analyzing complex data, and articulating challenges, solutions, and next steps. The successful candidate will assist the VP in managing the region's Settlements team, focusing on controls, regulatory compliance, change management, and governance.

  • Review and ensure processes and controls comply with local and regional regulations such as Client Money.
  • Drive process reviews and demonstrate control and risk awareness to identify, escalate, control, and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure robust change management processes for system implementations, new products, regulatory changes, and data tools.
  • Assist in creating governance/business decks for stakeholders.
  • Participate in global and local projects, including business enhancements and market rule changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the implementation of trade lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Knowledge of the securities industry and its processes.

Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, multi-tasking, and negotiation skills.

Intermediate knowledge of Intelligent Automation Tools (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath).

A Series 99 license.
