Position Title:  Trade Finance Specialist

Job Summary

  • Handle the customer service delivery related to trade transactions in adherence to existing bank policies and procedures, local and international regulations. 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Assist in attending the customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Provide support in the review and pre-approval processes such as receiving of trade transaction requirements, preparation of earmarking on availment, signature verification, and registration of transaction in trade system, processing and issuance of ORs for check payments on trade fees, document imaging for intraday transactions, sending advises for transaction status and preparation of daily reports on documentary deficiency.
  • Receive and release the trade documentary transactions over-the-counter and via digital channels.
  • Coordinate the daily submission of Branch APFE transactions related to trade for regulatory reporting.
  • Facilitate the safekeeping of trade original documentations (for Trade Services sites)
  • Ensures compliance with existing bank policies as well as with the circulars and memoranda issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), AMLC and other government regulatory bodies to minimize or eliminate regulatory and operational risks
  • Perform other related functions or tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any business course

· With knowledge or experience in any customer related function is an advantage

· Detail oriented and analytical

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
