About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in business development. As a management trainee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce.

  • Brand Creation: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to inform product and market strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with experienced professionals to define and shape the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Launch: Assist in the launch of new brands, ensuring a seamless market entry.
  • Growth and Expansion: Contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands, driving business success.
Your Career Path

After one year, you will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching new brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction.
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands.
