Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Broker to join our team. As a Business Broker, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of sellers, managing account conversions, client communication, and satisfaction.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong ability to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to win listings and manage them through to sale.

  • Identify qualified sellers and understand their business models and motivations.
  • Prospect potential clients and arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition.
  • Cultivate relationships with key strategic stakeholders and build trust and credibility.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven work experience in M&A, Brokering or Sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic market changes.
