We are looking for a talented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business analysis department, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure accurate project understanding.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends and insights, supporting the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Developing user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects, assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
