Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize key publisher opportunities across diverse verticals.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outreach and industry engagement.
  • Pitch value propositions, lead commercial discussions, and execute contracts.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of publishers with strong collaboration with internal teams.
  • Drive initial setup, campaign activations, and training to help partners go live and generate early performance.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with publishers to maximize engagement and monetization.
  • Analyze performance data and lead optimization initiatives to scale revenue.

This is a strategic, driven role that sits at the intersection of publisher acquisition, activation, and long-term account growth.

Candidate Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in publisher development, affiliate marketing, adtech, or martech.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and scaling high-value publisher relationships.
  • Experience managing various types of publishers, such as cashback sites, content platforms, or fintech aggregators.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, and analytics platforms.
