We're looking for a Junior Publishing QA Representative to join our mission of maintaining the world's highest-quality free wellbeing library. You'll be the guardian of our content standards, working hands-on to review, approve, and publish content that could transform someone's day, or their entire life.

You'll work directly with our global community of teachers, providing feedback that helps them create even better content while maintaining the quality that millions of users worldwide trust.

About Insight Timer

More time is spent on Insight Timer than all other meditation apps combined. We host the largest free wellbeing library on earth, featuring over 250,000 guided meditations and music tracks from more than 20,000 teachers and contributors. We've reached over 30 million installs worldwide entirely through organic growth, without spending a single cent on ads. We're the largest app you've never heard of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance
    : Review every piece of content (audio, copy, imagery) to ensure it meets Insight Timer's content guidelines.
  • Publishing Pipeline:
    Efficiently load new and relevant content onto our platform, meeting daily publishing quotas.
  • Teacher Partnership:
    Review and approve new teachers who meet our profile and content guidelines, and communicate feedback that helps them improve their offerings.

About You

  • Detail-Oriented:
    You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Communication Skills
    : Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to teachers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, and Freshdesk - you can learn new tools quickly and adapt to platform updates.
  • Self-Directed:
    Experience working autonomously with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet daily quotas consistently.
  • Adaptable:
    Proactive, flexible, and resilient when priorities shift.
  • Process-Driven:
    You thrive with clear workflows but can also think critically about improving them.

Other Details

  • This is a temporary 6-month contract position.
  • Fully remote (Manila is preferred for team collaboration).
  • You'll need reliable high-speed internet and your own equipment.
