What This Role Is All About

We're looking for a LinkedIn & Social Media Growth Specialist to strengthen and expand our digital presence. This isn't a standard social media role; we need someone who knows how to leverage LinkedIn for thought leadership, brand credibility, and client acquisition.

You'll manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence (value-driven, authority-building content) as well as the company's brand pages across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. The focus is on building trust, generating engagement, and driving business opportunities.

This role goes beyond content scheduling. You'll be responsible for setting direction, applying best practices, and introducing new strategies to elevate our online impact. From crafting campaigns to exploring LinkedIn advertising and Sales Navigator for client acquisition, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audience and grow our brand.

Responsibilities

LinkedIn Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the strategy for LinkedIn growth (CEO page + company page).
  • Build and maintain strategic connections to expand reach and visibility.
  • Draft and publish thought leadership posts that position the CEO and brand as industry leaders.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations: comment, reply, and participate in discussions across LinkedIn.
  • Identify trends and opportunities unique to LinkedIn for lead generation and brand credibility.
  • Drive client acquisition by leveraging LinkedIn Advertising tools and Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and convert target prospects.

Brand Page Management (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)

  • Develop and manage content calendars focused on acquisition, credibility, and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the design team on visuals and review creative outputs.
  • Create compelling copy and posts in coordination with the Content Manager.
  • Schedule, publish, and track posts consistently across channels.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Actively monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and foster relationships.
  • Conduct social media listening and forum seeding to find engagement opportunities.
  • Launch and coordinate initiatives that drive brand awareness and online community growth.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign results.
  • Compile monthly reports (Excel or Google Sheets) with actionable insights.
  • Recommend improvements and new tactics to continually refine strategy.

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, working closely with the marketing team for alignment.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn: content strategy, engagement, lead generation, and ads.
  • Solid experience with Facebook and X content management + paid campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills for thought leadership and acquisition-focused content.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of social media listening, engagement tactics, and community growth.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content calendars.
  • Comfortable leading social media direction and collaborating across teams.

Work Arrangement
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week — 3pm to 12am CST (4am to 1pm PH Time)
  • Setup: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
