Publisher Development and Growth Expert

Drive business growth by identifying, pitching, and onboard high-potential publishers while managing and optimizing their ongoing success on the CJ platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publisher Acquisition and Development
    • Identify key publisher opportunities across verticals (cashback, content, influencers, fintech, etc.).
    • Build a robust pipeline through outreach and industry events.
    • Pitch CJ's value proposition, lead commercial discussions, and execute contracts.
  • Activation and Onboarding
    • Ensure seamless onboarding of publishers with strong collaboration with internal product and tech teams.
    • Drive initial setup, campaign activations, and training to help partners go live and generate early performance.
  • Publisher Success and Management
    • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with publishers to maximize engagement and monetization.
    • Analyze performance data and lead optimization initiatives to scale revenue.
    • Conduct quarterly/annual business reviews and co-develop growth strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Align with advertiser teams to ensure supply-demand fit and optimize campaign opportunities.
    • Share market intelligence and publisher feedback with internal teams to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5–7 years in publisher development, affiliate marketing, adtech, or martech.
  • Demonstrated Success: Proven ability to acquire and scale high-value publisher relationships.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, affiliate dashboards, and analytics platforms.
