As a Senior Manager, Project Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing Kenvue's CRE project portfolio governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving the delivery of high-impact initiatives within Corporate Real Estate.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the project portfolio management framework to align with Kenvue's strategic goals.
  • Prioritize and manage a balanced portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with resource capacity, risk tolerance, and financial targets.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and maintain portfolio KPIs, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
  • Lead portfolio review processes, including assessing project performance, dependencies, and value realization.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or program management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. They will also possess strong expertise in project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK), advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms), and excellent financial acumen and experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
