Compliance Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our access management initiatives, ensuring seamless and accurate execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying risks related to segregation of duties, proposing corrective actions, and documenting mitigating controls on new/existing valid SOD conflicts.

This role requires a strong partnership approach, as the successful professional will collaborate with various compliance functions, GRC, IT teams, and corporate internal audit to ensure alignment and coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and complete access management controls.
  • Identify SOD-related risks and propose adequate corrective actions.
  • Document mitigating controls on new/existing valid SOD conflicts.
  • SUPPORT remediation of Corporate Governance, Segregation of Duties, and Sarbanes-Oxley-related projects.
  • Review segregation of duties assessments by establishing tools and guidelines.

  • Proficient in SAP/Systems and related technologies.
