We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of construction procedures, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, scopes, and budgets given by the Management.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.

  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assess and allocate appropriate manpower for each project phase, ensuring optimal staffing levels and skill sets are maintained to meet project goals.

  • Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders clearly and regularly.

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years in Project management roles within the construction industry, with experience in managing high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with project management

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
