Job Opportunity: Digital Workplace Adoption Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the adoption of digital workplace productivity technologies across various enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing employee productivity and enhancing overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research how other companies utilize industry-standard workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for adaptation across different industries.
  • Assess current solution utilization, determining adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs, aiming to increase adoption/usage through training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Provide expert support for end-user inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption in medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
