Job TitleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions across various sectors. As a key enabler, you will significantly improve employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication.
  • Determine adoption/usage baselines and design effective adoption programs to increase adoption/usage.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes, supporting end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
