Product Enhancement and Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Product and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead website product enhancements and digital marketing initiatives. This role blends the skills of a digital marketer and a product specialist, focusing on optimizing product listings, enhancing website content, and driving online sales through engaging campaigns.
The successful candidate will perform tasks related to website and product page management, including enhancing product pages with updated descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate pricing. They will also write and edit product descriptions in Shopify, ensuring SEO optimization, upload new product listings and update existing ones to maintain accuracy and consistency, implement basic HTML/CSS edits to improve product page layout and functionality, and upgrade and improve Shopify pages for better user experience and conversion rates.
Additionally, the candidate will perform tasks related to product management, including adding and removing products from the catalog as needed, maintaining product category organization and ensuring navigation is intuitive, monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements based on analytics, and updating product pricing and costs.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product-related roles, strong working knowledge of Shopify, including product uploads, page design, and HTML/CSS basics, experience with email marketing platforms, experience with SEO best practices for e-commerce, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for image editing, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong organization, oral and written communication skills, and ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed.
