Job Overview

As a Digital Workplace Adoption Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of digital workplace and productivity technologies across an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools to identify relevant features for employees.
  • Research how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication.
  • Determine adoption/usage baselines through analysis of current solutions.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage through training, communications, hands-on guidance, and more.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes to improve employee experience.
  • Provide support for end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent level of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
