Lead Psychometrician for Workplace Well-being

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.

They will analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Prior experience is not mandatory.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with an interest in psychometrics and data analysis.

Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.
  • Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of Lifekeys' psychological assessments.
  • Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.
  • Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance Lifekeys' digital psychometric platform.
  • Explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.
