Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support a small business owner in a fast-paced environment. This individual will provide high-level executive administrative support while also owning critical accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support and project coordination
  • Support with personal executive tasks as needed
  • Perform the following accounting/finance support functions:
    • Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable)
    • Maintain financial records, track expense reports, and prepare basic reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working with international teams or offshore environments is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong English fluency (spoken and written); neutral accent preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
