About the Role

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing back-end administrative support and project coordination
  • Managing and responding to emails and client communications professionally
  • Handling follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Assisting with scheduling, document management, and task tracking
  • Coordinating tasks between the real estate team and external partners
  • Supporting lead generation and appointment setting as needed
  • Contributing to marketing tasks such as email campaigns or social posts

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong written and spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
  • Experience in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
  • Keenness to using AI tools
  • Proficiency with CRMs – Follow-Up Boss experience is a plus but not required
  • Self-starting skills with high initiative – takes ownership and completes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented skills – capable of managing multiple priorities
